Local-Homa is a fast fine dining concept with a menu based around locally sourced meats and produce - Contemporary American cuisine truly at it’s best. ⠀⠀

Raised on a small farm in rural Lawton, Gary Arnold followed his culinary aspirations through the respect he gained for the agricultural communities around him. 10 years of experience in the food industry has created the background for his concept Local-Homa. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Gary shares, “We aspire to blend the convenience and efficiency of fast food dining, with the quality, care, and creativity of a fine dining establishment. Produce and proteins will be locally sourced from surrounding farms and ranches. We aim to support and strengthen the local economy through our efforts and hope to inspire future generations of chefs to do the same.”
