+ What are your hours of operation?
Sunday - 10am-11pm
*Please keep in mind that hours of operation may vary for each kitchen. For example Theo’s Doughnuts opens at 7am on weekdays and 8 am on weekends. Kitchens are open by 11am but may have varying closing times.

+ Where do I park?
Being one of the most walk-able areas of OKC has its perks! Midtown parking garages can be found within a two-block radius, additionally we offer valet service. The OKC Streetcar stop in Midtown (otherwise known as The Collective Stop 😉) is just a few steps away from our building. We just ask that our guests be mindful of reserved parking belonging to our neighbors in Midtown.
+ Do you have Valet Service?
We do! Valet service begins at *5pm and ends at 11pm. After 11pm keys will be transferred to guest services & can be retrieved by a manager. If you do not claim your vehicle by The Collective’s closing, a $40 overnight fee will be added.

+ Is The Collective all ages?
The Collective is an all ages gathering space from open to 10pm. After 10pm, newly arriving guests will be limited to 21+.
+ Do you have a lost & found?
Personal belongings found by our staff or turned in by a guest can be retrieved by a manager. Just ask any staff member and we can help!
+ Do you take reservations?
Due to the volume of visitors we experience, we are unable to accommodate reservations at this time. Seating is first-come, first-serve.
+ How do I order at The Collective? Do you have servers?
Ordering is as easy as walking up to the kitchen stall you’d like to experience! Once they take your order, a buzzer may be given to you to alert you when your food is ready. Cocktail servers are available throughout the hall in the evenings to take drink orders without having to visit the bar.
+ Does The Collective accept cash payments?
While our bar accepts cash or card, our kitchen stalls are card only. If you only have cash don’t worry - we can exchange cash for a “gift card” that will be texted to your phone which can be used at any of the kitchens.
+ Do you have wifi?
Yes we do. Our wifi “Collective Guest” is free!
+ Is The Collective dog friendly?
Yes! The outdoor patio seating is dog friendly. No pets in the food hall or on the rooftop patio, please.
